Due to the digital and personalized nature of resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, career coaching, and related services, all sales are final once payment has been completed.

Each service includes time, expertise, and customized work that begins immediately after purchase. Because of this, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Service Delivery Timeline

All resume writing and career services are delivered within 7 business days after the client has:

• Completed payment

• Submitted the intake form

• Provided all required documents (including resume and job information)

Delivery timelines begin only once all required materials have been received.

Delivery Method

Final documents will be delivered electronically via email.Clients will receive:

• Final resume in PDF format

• Editable Word document (when applicable)

• Any additional documents included in the purchased service (cover letter, LinkedIn content, etc.)

Expedited Delivery (Rush Service)

If a faster turnaround is needed, clients may request expedited delivery.

Expedited Service Fee: $100

With the expedited option, delivery is completed within 24–72 hours, depending on the complexity of the service purchased and receipt of all required materials.

Expedited requests must be submitted at the time of purchase or immediately after payment.

Important Notes

• Delivery timeframes begin only after intake form submission is complete

• Delays in submitting required documents may extend delivery timelines

• All services are custom-built and require time for quality and accuracy

• Email is the primary method of delivery
